Strike purple

Black hooded zipper blouse - Zara
Leather leggings (which you cannot really see) - Gina Tricot
White blouse - Vila

2 (or 1 and a half if you are being pessimistic) days until the exam and I just keep on blogging. Yesterday I bought professional hair color mascara (very similar consistency to hair chalk). Today I tried it on and it looks pretty banging in my opinion... In some of the pictures the exposure was too high and it washed out the purple completely, which is a shame. I like my lighter hair a lot but it got longer than usual to get used to. I'm going to have to avoid wearing white though, which is a bit inconvenient since a half of my wardrobe consists of white clothes. I have to get back to studying now though. I swear to god after this period is over I'll have to take a break from anything medieval or roman for a while. Gotta love legal history!

A typical look for a typical day in Uni

Coat - River Island
Fur vest - Top Shop
Lace dress - Vintage
Boots - Clarks

I have an exam again on Friday but I have lost my study motivation completely. On the bright side, soon after I'm traveling to Cardiff to see my sister! I'm so ecstatic about it you have no idea... I hope you enjoy this look!

A fever for a change

Fur - Zara
Shirt - Brandy M.

I have no idea how these pictures are going to turn out as I had to do everything by using my phone. Why? Because my lap top broke. I have been recently the subject of a huge tide of bad luck. First my lap top broke, then my phone screen (a screen protector is keeping it intact as we speak), then I heard that I have registered myself to the completely wrong courses for the next period, and today I had to walk to uni because the wheel of my bike broke. I'm starting to remind myself of the movie Just My Luck! Haha!
But regardless of my bad luck it's good to be back. I had such hard time hauling over all the clothes I bought in sales from Finland but I effing did it. For example, I got the fur coat from Zara for 19.99e! I'm very happy with it. If we are talking fashion here, in hind sight I probably would switch the skirt to jeans as the fur is already a big center piece in itself (also it was cold as hell) but this works too.
I've been getting a make over fever again. I want to go super light blonde and have this faded pastel color ombre-ish fade on one side at the bottom. I cannot explain it better than that but if I go through with it you'll see what I mean. Going back to blonde seems to be the thing now if you check out what all the celebs have done with their hair, and since I'm already relatively blonde I might as well go blonder.

I also redid my nails as a part of my fever for change! Whaddya think?

TB to a hippie market for my hundereth post!

I wore a hat and the top from bikbok, and skirt from Vero Moda. Gosh, I miss summer! My last post was the hundereth one I have published so for a celebration I thought I'd throwback some unpublished pictures from summer. :)

XO,

Happy 1 out of 365

Happy new year my loves!! This is what I wore for new year's eve. The dress is from Bik Bok and the necklaces I got from Gina Tricot. As per usual, I went on a shopping frenzy on the actual "it-day". The dress was pretty cheap. Apparently, it was a left over from the christmas stock but it worked for new years just as well in my opinion. I love the back and the golden pendant that hangs down your back. I just realized that I didn't take a picture where you could see it properly but I really love that detail. It also went well with the rest of my jewelry. Another apology for the quality of the pictures. It was fairly dark so I had to set the shutter speed low and we could not steady the camera enough. Oh well, I'm sure  nobody cares!

My new year celebrations are pretty hazy to me to be honest. We ended up going to a club after all and I got decently wasted. The night ended in me face planting in front of a taxi. Later the driver commented how he'll most likely always remember my glorious slip and how he only saw a whoosh of hair as I went down. Besides, the drilling headache from my hangover I don't feel much difference to last year. I can only fathom the greatness of all the lame great jokes and puns people are brewing in their minds whilst snickering to themselves.
Anyhoo, I wish you all a great new year! May your hangovers ease you gently into the new year and may you, not abstain from making mistakes, but make better mistakes. The new year provides us a whole new chance to make thousands of errors and fuck ups so my challenge to you is to at least get creative with it. After all there's only 365 days left until we can reinvent ourselves yet again, and when your annoying relative brings up yet again how you sounded like a wailing moose in your off-key cover of Mariah Carey's All I Want for Christmas Is You because that one night you had a weak moment and you drunkenly said yes to Karaoke, or when you forgot to set your spotify account to a private session before listening to Alvin and the Chipmunks christmas carols and it got published on to Facebook, you can brush it off.  Because, god, that was last year and your a totally changed person now.

Happy New Year 2015!
