Greece: IOS pt 2

Wearing:
Bikini from H&M
Skirt from Misguided

Here's the last set of pictures from IOS. The great thing about Greece is that people actually pay attention to what they wear to the beach. I think it has to do with the fact that after laying on the beach for the day, it's common to jump straight into a beach party. So obviously you want to look good.
This day, however, we didn't go to the 'main' beach Mylopotamos, where the beach parties were held, but wanted to try something else as it was our last beach day. Our friends told us about Kolitzani, which is a "nudist beach" but where most people in fact were not nude. This was of course good for me since I don't think I could be brave enough to go full on naked despite the nudist aspect of the beach...
What was truly great about the beach was that it had this 'organic' feel as it had no beach bar, services, etc. On the other hand, in order to get to the beach we had to hike down the mountain following a goat trail, which was pretty intense in the heat. (Especially so since we carried our party floaty Kiki all the way down with us.) We did not regret going though because the climb made for great pictures and added a twinge of adventure to our trip in Ios. After we climbed back up we caught the local bus and road a few bus stops back to Mylapotamos for the beach parties. That night we didn't sleep as we took a boat very early the following morning back to Athens.

More on adventures in Greece later on!

Kisses,
J
